The Wednesday 10:15 a.m. Zumba class at the College of Southern Maryland (CSM) Wellness and Aquatics Center on the Leonardtown Campus doesn’t mess around when it comes to keeping fit, team building, community service and enjoying the spirit of the holiday.

This year, the group celebrated the season with a “Silver and Black and Rock the Santa Hat” party in the gym followed by a vegetarian potluck dinner.

“What a fun and awesome way to end the year,” shared Zumba Instructor Maria Geno Rothback. “And we all extend a special shout out to our participant Dr. Aruna Patil, who with her husband Dr. Adinath Patil, hosted our delicious vegetarian potluck.”

  1. What a wonderful group of people! They’ve been doing this for several years now. We are grateful to have them all as part of our WFA/CSM family. Happy New Year!
