
58 Middle, High School Teams Competed for Chance to Advance
Members of Calvert and Great Mills high schools, and Mattawoman Middle School, pictured, earned Tournament Champion Awards, from a field of 45 teams, in the College of Southern Maryland VEX League competition Feb. 8 at the La Plata Campus. Their win qualifies the teams for Maryland State Championships and CREATE U.S. Open Robotics Championship in Nebraska. Great Mills High School also earned the Excellence Award.
