As we've watched in shock the chaos unfold in Southwestern Virginia, our thoughts and prayers are with all in the Virginia Tech community. We express our deep dismay and sorrow to the victims, their families and friends for the pain they are suffering as they experience this terrible tragedy. Many of us in our own community know students attending the Blacksburg Campus, or their families, and our thoughts are with them, too, as we all try to make sense of this. I urge all of us to reach out in support to those who have experienced this trauma as they begin their healing process.
