Profile on Anti-bullying Advocate Syanne Centeno To Air Oct. 12
Syanne Centeno, a former veterinary assistant student at the College of Southern Maryland, will be featured by The Real Winning Edge on Saturday, Oct. 12 as a positive example of excellence to inspire America's youth to their best.
Nominated by her CSM instructor Susan Newhart, Centeno talks candidly on the segment about the obstacles, including eating disorders and bullying, that she has faced and her efforts today to help others and to be an anti-bullying advocate.
“Syanne is a positive example of excellence for others, and were pleased to be able to feature her,” said Dr. Diane Preston-Reilly, president and executive producer of Challenger Films. “We think Syanne is a wonderful young role model, and … what it means to have the real winning edge.”
Centeno's profile will air on WTTG Channel 5 at 7:30 a.m., Oct. 12, and will be available to view at www.realwinningedge.com.
