CSM Fine Arts Center and Black Student Union present Howard Gospel Choir. Feb. 17, 2007, 7:00 p.m., College of Southern Maryland, La Plata Campus, Fine Arts Center, 8730 Mitchell Road, La Plata. In honor of Black History Month, the Fine Arts Center and the CSM Black Student Union are co-sponsoring an evening with the renowned and historic Howard Gospel Choir. The Howard Gospel Choir is the first college gospel choir in the nation. Choir alumni include Grammy Award winners Richard Smallwood and Core Cotton of the Sounds of Blackness. $10, all ages.
