Carl Lennartsons Exhibit, Inspired by T.S. Elliot, on Display Through Jan. 18
Artist Carl Lennartsons exhibit The Hollow Men, is on display through Jan. 18 in the Tony Hungerford Memorial Gallery located in the Fine Arts Building on CSMs La Plata Campus, 8730 Mitchell Road, La Plata. During the recent Dec. 1 gallery talk, Lennartson discussed his work inspired by the T.S. Elliot poem. Its easy to be inspired by T.S. Elliot, because there is so much imagery in his words, that they are a springboard for visual interpretation, said Lennartson. The exhibit is free and open to the public, 9 a.m. 5 p.m., Monday Friday and during Fine Arts events.
