CSM’s Fall Festival. 9 a.m.–12 p.m., Oct. 30, College of Southern Maryland, La Plata Campus, St. Charles Children’s Learning Center, 8730 Mitchell Road, La Plata. The St. Charles Children’s Learning Center at the College of Southern Maryland hosts its Fall Festival Open House with activities for children and parents including crafts and games in every room, a pumpkin patch, an opportunity to meet the teachers and tours.
