As part of various events at the College of Southern Maryland on Veterans Day, graphic design student Jessica Vo, of Waldorf, stopped in a computer lab at the La Plata Campus to send a letter of support to a veteran as part of the Thank a Wounded Warrior Project hosted by Facebook. The Wounded Warrior Project Facebook page allows visitors to select a card, write a note and thank a veteran. I want to thank our soldiers and let them know that they have our support no matter what theyre doing or where they are, Vo said. To send an e-card using Facebook, search the Wounded Warrior Project Facebook page, click the drop-down menu and select Thank a Warrior.
