Parents and students from elementary, middle and high school explored and engaged in STEM activities that were presented by a variety of organizations, including CSM, at the Feb. 25 event held at Calvert High School in Prince Frederick. In addition to cybersecurity, CSM faculty and staff shared information about robotics and other CSM STEM programs, as well as the STEM programs that will be available at the college’s Kids’ & Teen College summer program. Participants were allowed to try to use robot manipulators used in CSM’s Principles of Robotics course and get the robots to pick up and move objects.
