CSM Presents Ro: Toro. 7 p.m., April 4. College of Southern Maryland, Leonardtown Campus, Building A, Room 206, 22950 Hollywood Road, Leonardtown. CSM’s Global Initiatives Committee in partnership with the Leonardtown Campus Student Association, Maryland/Estonian Exchange Council and the Estonian Cultural Ministry present the Ro: Toro band. Ro: Toro, which means reed and pipe in Estonian, combines the sounds of traditional Estonian bagpipes with modern day saxophone and water-drums.
