CSM hosts Navy Band. Oct. 3, 8 p.m., College of Southern Maryland, Fine Arts Center, La Plata Campus, 8730 Mitchell Road, La Plata. The U.S. Navy Band, under the direction of Captain George N. Thompson, will perform a collection of classical orchestral works, original arrangements of current favorites, traditional marches, and patriotic tunes.
