CSM Gallery Talk, Reception: “Unbroken Thread: Nature Paintings and the American Imagination” The Art of Philip Koch. Oct. 16 – Nov. 15, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday and during Fine Arts events. Artist Philip Koch was inspired by artist Edward Hopper to switch from abstract to realism and has had his work spotlighted in 10 solo exhibitions in various American art museums.  Koch, now a professor at the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, will discuss his latest works at a gallery talk and reception at noon, Oct. 27.
