CSM Extends Spring Registration through Jan. 29

The College of Southern Maryland has extended its registration through Jan. 29 for the spring semester full-term classes.

Due to inclement weather which closed the college during its first week of classes, the college has extended registration for students who were unable to access the college on those days, according to CSM Registrar Carol Harrison.

Current information about course availability is available online by following the Register Now links at www.csmd.edu. The college’s online services are available from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. daily.

The wait list for spring classes remains active. To check a waitlist status, students should log in daily to my.CSMD, click “Online Services,” click “Current Students” and locate “Manage My Waitlist” under the Registration menu.

“Due to the weather closings this week, most classes have not met yet and there’s still time to enroll and get off to a great start for the spring semester,” Harrison said.

Academic advising offices are open on a walk-in basis. For the advising schedule at each campus, visit http://www.csmd.edu/AcademicAdvising/Hours.html.
