CSM Changes Sunday Hours for Wellness, Fitness and Aquatics Department. Jan. 6. The College of Southern Maryland’s Wellness, Fitness, and Aquatics Department is changing Sunday hours for the La Plata and Leonardtown campus facilities; beginning Jan. 6, these facilities will operate from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays. CSM Offers Walk-in Advising. Jan. 7-Feb. 1. All campuses. The College of Southern Maryland will offer an all walk-in advising schedule from Jan. 7 to Feb. 1. CSM Super Saturday. 9 a.m.-1 p.m., Jan. 12. College of Southern Maryland at La Plata, Leonardtown and Prince Frederick campuses. CSM 2019 Winter Graduation Commencement. 6 p.m., Jan. 17. College of Southern Maryland, La Plata Campus, Physical Education Center (PE Building), 8730 Mitchell Road, La Plata. The College of Southern Maryland will recognize its winter graduates. Tickets are required to the PE Building; however, tickets are not required to the Fine Arts Building (FA), where the ceremony will be broadcast, but seats are limited. Registration Open for CSM’s Ninth Annual Nonprofit Institute Conference. 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m., Feb. 21. The theme of CSM’s Ninth Annual Nonprofit Institute Conference is innovation, and the keynote speaker is CSM Entrepreneur and Innovation Institute Director Tommy Luginbill. Morning breakout sessions will focus on leadership, strategic planning, management, fundraising and marketing. The conference will feature local and statewide exhibitors who offer programs, grants and resources for nonprofit organizations. Time will be set aside after lunch for attendees to meet with exhibitors.
