Regional Education Conference Seeking Proposals. Submission deadline is April 27. The College of Southern Maryland will hold a Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference for college faculty and administrative staff and K-12 administrators entitled, Promoting Student Success: The First Year and Beyond, Oct. 19, College of Southern Maryland, 8730 Mitchell Road, La Plata, Maryland. The conference will be an opportunity for educators to discuss ideas and best teaching practices that lead to educational success. Conference tracks include student preparedness, teaching strategies, technology and academic support.
