Featured guest Poet Georgia ME of Atlanta, Ga. is known as “The Queen of Spoken Word” and has worked with Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and the Honorable Louis Farrakhan, among others. Community members are welcome to attend as both listeners or to participate as part of open mic. Tickets include dinner from 7 – 8 p.m., open mic from 8 – 9 p.m. and Poet Georgia ME’s presentation from 9 – 10 p.m. For mature audiences only. Tickets $10. First come, first serve. Cash only.
