CSM’s Children’s Theatre Company: ‘You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown.’ 7 p.m., Oct. 21; 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., Oct. 22, College of Southern Maryland, La Plata Campus, Fine Arts Center, 8730 Mitchell Road, La Plata. The College of Southern Maryland’s Children’s Theatre presents “You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown,” based on the comic strip “Peanuts” by Charles M. Schulz. The production takes the audience into a day in the life of Charlie Brown where fun, laughter and sincerity build the mood. Musical numbers include “My Blanket and Me,” “The Baseball Game,” “Little Known Facts,” “Suppertime” and “Happiness.” Join the Peanuts gang in this fast-paced, lighthearted musical. Tickets are $7 for adults and seniors, $5 for youth in high school or younger. Please note the family-friendly show times.
